THE EVENT COLLECTIVE is comprised of a team of 9 independent event venue businesses who have come together in a collaborative effort to deliver seamless, streamlined services for the venues and clients we serve. With a collective century and a half of professional experience, our team develops luxury, bespoke event packages for couples and venues across South Florida, the Florida Keys, Florida’s Gulf Coast and beyond.

My venue isn’t listed on your partner venues. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely! While we have preferred partnerships with select venues, our team is experienced in working at a wide range of locations. We can adapt our services to fit the unique requirements of your chosen space, and we’re always open to building new relationships with venues we haven’t partnered with before. Our goal is to ensure your event runs seamlessly, wherever it’s hosted.
How does billing work?
We streamline billing through the Collective so clients don’t have to juggle multiple contracts, due dates, and payment schedules. Instead of managing nine different vendors individually, everything is consolidated into one clear plan. Payments are split into manageable installments, making the process easier to track while still ensuring every vendor is covered on time.
I’m hosting an event that doesn’t require all of your vendors. Can I have a custom proposal?
Yes! Every event is unique, and we understand that not all services are needed for every occasion. Simply contact us with your details, and we’ll draft a custom proposal with pricing and options tailored to your exact needs. Our goal is to provide the right mix of support while keeping the process simple and flexible.
I need specialty vendors. Can you help with that?
Yes! Beyond our core team of planners, florists, caterers, and photographers, we also book specialty vendors such as live musicians, fire dancers, cigar rollers, models, and more. Our network is expansive and constantly growing, allowing us to source unique talent that fits your vision. If you have something specific in mind, we’ll track it down and make it happen.
